To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive your shipment within the time frame stated above, please make sure your address is entered fully and correctly. This includes correct spelling, abbreviations, apartment numbers, etc.

Where is my order?

You will receive an email with the tracking number once your order is dispatched. Orders that are returned to us due to incomplete/incorrect addresses or are marked as a refused package are issued a store credit for the amount of your item(s) with a 15% restock fee. The E-Gift card code is sent to the email used during checkout. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Pre Order Items

If you have ordered a pre order item, it will be estimated to ship on the date shown on the product page. Anything purchased on pre order is FINAL SALE.

Can I cancel my order?

Due to fast fulfillment times at our warehouse, we cannot cancel or modify orders once they have been placed. You may return eligible items per our return policy once you receive your order.

What do I do if I never received my order?

Please double check your tracking number on the USPS website for any information on delivery attempts or delivery rescheduling options. If you still can't find any information on your package, contact customer care immediately at info@labelfortytwo.com with your Full name and order # and we will investigate the issue and get back to you as soon as possible with a solution.

LABEL FORTY TWO is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once it has left our possession. Please refer to your tracking number for updates.

What do I do if I receive a defective order?

Please contact customer care immediately at info@labelfortytwo.com with your Full name, order #, and photo evidence of the issue and we will get back to you shortly.

Customs Information

All international packages may be subject to duties and taxes. Additionally, all international packages may be subject to being held by customs clearance for any amount of time at their discretion. Label Forty Two has no control over any hold times or duty/ tax charges and is not responsible for reimbursements. Please check with your local customs website for more information.
